MRT Cancels 24/7 Operations

I took this picture on 02 June 2009 at the Araneta Center - Cubao MRT station, and, by 03 June 2009, the 24/7 operations have been canceled, after having been implemented for only two days.
Nevertheless, the longer operating hours of the MRT from 4am to 12mn from 5am to 10pm is already an excellent step towards the 24/7 MRT operations that I’ve been dreaming about.
As of the moment, my concern is the amount of time that’s allowed per passenger before a certain amount is deducted from the stored value card (I don’t know what happens with single journey tickets).
Supposedly, during the first and last hour of operations, there is a half-hour interval between train arrivals. One might end up going over the time limit with the thirty-minute wait. And, unfortunately, I’m not too sure what the exact number of minutes or hour/s is allowed.
