3 Don’ts in the MRT

Don’t Stay By the Coach Doors There’s nothing more frustrating than to see MRT commuters enter the coach and then stop by the doors, when they know perfectly well that there’s a mass of people behind them.
Even if you’re supposed to alight at a nearby station, it wouldn’t hurt to go in a few feet into the train coach to make boarding easier for the other MRT commuters.
Don’t Lean Against the Pole Leaning against the pole might make your life easier, but it certainly makes it harder for the rest of the MRT commuters to grab the pole for balance because there’s no room for their hands with your back right smack along its length.
Don’t Grab Two Hand Straps One hand strap per person seems fair, so please hold on to just one instead of two. Other MRT commuters would appreciate the gesture.
