Jumper on the Magallanes Clover Leaf Bridge

As the snail pace traffic finally allowed our taxi to reach the apex of the northern bound bridge on the Magallanes Clover Leaf, the cause is revealed in the form of a jumper standing on the railing. Police and camera crews were on standby to help out the disturbed man.
