Philippine Daily Inquirer or PDI reports that a blaze consumed the slum area near Loyola Guadalupe on 19 October 2008. The fire, which started at 2.36am, was caught by vlogger Fritz Tentativa as they passed EDSA, who assured me that aside from the “TV effect (like the horizontal bar moving downward in slow pace), the smoke, fire, and all other elements in the video are real.”
