When Typhoon Frank hit Metro Manila last 22 June 2008, advisories warned the public to stay home to weather Typhoon Frank’s fury, but still, a few brave souls ventured out. This picture was taken at around 9am near the West Zamora intersection in Manila. Public vehicles like a jeepney and a taxi can be seen, with a private vehicle joining the two.
